How will I receive my tickets?

There different ways that tickets can be delivered! Hew are some few options:

E-tickets	Delivered electronically Most likely as a PDF. Delivered by email
Instant Delivery	Delivered within minutes via email
Mobile Transfer	Ticket transfer from a third-party ticketing company You must use their app to get into the event.
Mobile QR	Mobile QR codes tickets Have to be scanned from a mobile device Print version is not acceptable
Shipping	Your tickets will be mailed to you.
Will Call	Tickets will be available at the venue''s Will Call window. Make sure to bring your ID.
Local Pickup	You will be contacted by the seller prior to the event to arrange a pickup location near the venue where you can get your tickets.

Why did the delivery method of my tickets change?

Sadly, we can''t always guarantee the method of delivery. It happens because of venue decisions that make timely delivery impossible unless tickets are sent a different way. If the change in delivery prevents you from being able to get your tickets, message us here.

Can I change the format of mobile transfer tickets?

The venue determines the format of the tickets. sacramentocatickets.com cannot change the delivery format.
